I’m Mary from Germany and I’ve been diagnosed coeliac in 2013.
My father is Sicilian, so I have real Italian roots.
It’s been a tough journey to have the happy gluten free life I can lead today.
I live near to Cologne and I want to help others discover many Gluten Free treasures and take courage to be Gluten Free also outside of home.
My baking skills are limited, but instead I am a cheerful and communicative person who always find a solution.
In addition, I work as a coach for “A GlutenFree Life” and other topics.
